Controller and scope
The data controller is Michela Biolcati, acting as an individual managing the Madame La Poodle project. Privacy contact: madamelapoodle@gmail.com. This notice under GDPR Articles 12 and 13 covers the new website at https://madame-la-poodle.biolca.chatgpt.site. Madame La Poodle is the project name and a virtual AI character. This notice describes this website’s processing, not other websites opened through links.
Browsing and security
Delivering and protecting the pages involves technical information including IP address, request time and resource, browser/device details, errors and security signals. Purposes: operation, maintenance and abuse prevention. Legal basis: legitimate interest in availability and security, GDPR Article 6(1)(f), limited to necessary information. Connection information is necessary to communicate with the site. The project configures no additional browsing-log archive.
Spotify audio previews and player
Audio previews come from p.scdn.co; the embedded player comes from open.spotify.com. The website code contacts neither before valid Spotify permission and your listening request. Spotify may receive IP address, browser details, requests and interactions, and use cookies or identifiers for the purposes in its policies. The site requests no access to your account or playlists. Optional YouTube video
The video loads only after YouTube/Google permission and a viewing request, using youtube-nocookie.com. Privacy-enhanced mode limits some personalisation; it does not eliminate all processing. Google may receive technical information and interactions and use cookies or identifiers under its policies. Your choice
Spotify and YouTube start off and can be allowed separately. Banner acceptance alone starts no player. Scrolling, reading or closing preferences grants no permission. madame_privacy_v1 stores yes/no choices, notice version 2026-10-21.1, choice time, expiry and choice method in your browser for six calendar months. It contains no visitor ID and is not sent to a controller database. Essential preference storage, including refusals, is used to respect your choice and requires no separate consent. If browser storage is unavailable, choices last for the current page only.
Refusal and withdrawal
You can refuse optional services and continue browsing. Change or withdraw permission in “Cookie preferences” in every page footer and in the players: turn a service off and save, or reject non-essential services. Withdrawal stops affected previews and removes their embedded players; it also applies to other open tabs on the same site when the browser propagates the change. Previously lawful processing is unaffected. Cookies already set on third-party domains must be managed in the browser or with that provider.
Email contact
The link to madamelapoodle@gmail.com opens your mail application and sends nothing automatically. If you write, the controller receives your email address, any name supplied, subject, message and other details you choose to provide through Gmail/Google. Purposes: reply and handle enquiries, proposals and privacy rights. Bases: requested precontractual steps, GDPR Article 6(1)(b); legitimate interest in general correspondence, (f); and legal obligations for privacy rights, (c). Providing data is voluntary; a reply address is needed to respond. Avoid sensitive or unnecessary details. Email contact does not subscribe you to marketing or a newsletter.
Recipients and international services
Recipients include the controller; OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and delivery; Spotify and Google when you enable their services; and Google/Gmail for email. Services may involve processing outside the EEA, including the USA. Safeguards depend on the transfer and may include adequacy decisions, applicable Data Privacy Framework arrangements, or standard contractual clauses and supplementary measures. Retention
Preferences last six months. General correspondence is kept as needed to handle an enquiry, normally no longer than twelve months after closure. Minimal privacy-rights request records are kept for twenty-four months after closure to document handling. Longer retention is limited to specific legal obligations or disputes for the necessary period. The project keeps no listening history. Infrastructure and provider information follows their service-delivery, security, abuse-prevention and legal retention criteria; this website does not set a different duration for them.
Your rights and complaints
Where applicable under GDPR Articles 15–22, request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, object to legitimate-interest processing, and withdraw consent. Contact madamelapoodle@gmail.com. Requests are answered without undue delay, normally within one month, subject to justified extensions allowed by the GDPR. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority ↗ or another competent authority and seek a judicial remedy.
External links and project-side profiling
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and Olivia’s website are external links: they open only when chosen and apply their own policies. “Copy email” accesses the clipboard only on request. The project adds no analytics, advertising pixels, newsletter, data-collection form, visitor account or checkout. It carries out no profiling or automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. Enabled providers may process information for their own purposes under their policies.
